Banned?????

A in game friend was banned for 365 days with no reason. How do we find out why his account was banned?

    Ask him if he was running a VPN while he logged into the game. If it's not that then send a ticket asking why.

    Your friend will need to open a ticket to find out why they were banned.

    Also, ISP's that offer the "Accelerated" service can cause that issue as they use proxy servers to manage your data.

    Submit a ticket. Bans can't be discussed on the forums, however.
