can you multi client here?and bypass ARC?

if so can some 1 give me step by step instructions? Also I read that some 1 does NOT use ARC to play...how can you do that?

  What I do is log in with arc. After both accounts are open, I open my task manager and close arc. After thats done the accounts stay open.
