Sperate ARC file attached to ARC client is HACKING file folder

Continued loading of unknown seperate file called ARC, can be found under
windows explorer. This folder allows full take over of your computer. This
file continues to load when you open the REAL ARC client.

Repaired Arc client several times. Had Geek Squad fix computer.

Arc has a breech. A big one.

    the only processes I can se are Arc.exe and ArcOsBrowser.exe

    Yes location please....also what OS are you running...like really if you are gonna come at us with stuff like this at least be thorough...we have enough problems without BS running around forums.

    The Only extra thing I see now is a folder named Arc with a temp.ini file inside

    Location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Arc



    the content of the folder is:
    An ini file named temp.ini The content of said file is:
    [UserPrivileges]
AdminPrivileges=yes

    Not sure what that thing does, but I guess it gives arc some Admin privileges so it can download and update something there????

    Apparently the file is updated every time you start arc, but its content does not change and also I did not see anything extra being downloaded to the folder of said file so I don't think is malware or anything like that.

    Hmm, however there are more dangerous file, like element.exe which will literally take over your life b:surrender

    However will keep an eye on this untill official response from Sparkie.

    idk bout dangerous virus but arc is a type of malware that is attached to ur web browser that does send infomation somewhere but it can easily be disabled through the add on toolbar in ur web browser maybe thats what he's talking about but its not that serious tbh

    So you guys do realize the thing he is talking about is probably just the part that auto updates arc when you log on....lol
