Forum Avatar Help?

So, I've noticed many people have forum avatar and screen names as their in-game name and server, anyone know how you do this? I've checked in User CP and can't find a thing.

What is greater than God,
more evil than the devil,
the poor have it,
the rich need it,
and if you eat it, you'll die?

  Avatars are broken, don't mess with Iit or you will end up with an avatar looking like mine. ;-)
