    Ok i'll have my faction member take a screenshot. I directed her to use the OPENVPN tunneling application and for me it worked perfectly fine. But for her she got perma banned with a non-ticking time ban every attempt to log shows a perma-ban time limit.

    Thank you, Sparkie, for some sort of update. Still a silly one, but it's something.

    I keep hearing (from at least Connecticut to Texas) that there's still connection issues. I'm not sure about your ISP, but it seems to always happen on this side of the US.

    I would suggest that this is the result of using the lowest bidder on servers provided by an offshore 3rd world provider. You see, they are very cheap. The only other alternative would be that the PWI GMs have fun by randomly shutting off servers to laugh at the comments they get here that PWCN and real management never see.

    As for compensation, I wouldn't hold my breath. Sparkie's probably been delegated to the depths of ARC failures and repair. No more monthly updates, no more weekly codes, no one really cares - just big ole alligator tears rolling down their faces for you as they laugh, Ha, Ha, Ja, Ja . This is happening more and more frequently each time this happens. Nobody else in the industry has these issues, so what does that tell you ?
