With that new arc defender is coming u get a code by email.

Thats nice but when i started on PWI in 2008 i was by a other internet provider. But i switch to an from internet provider and the old provider deleted mine old internet account + email adress. So there is problem that email account is deleted and I can never get acces to it.

Now i have wrote a ticket to customer support but has still no reaction. b:surrender

So do i get a problem as that new arc defender is implemented?

When you first login it will save that computer as a safe location. At that point you will be able to disable Defender by following the instructions on that page.

They did also state in an announcement that you can change your email address in Arc. I'm heading to bed and don't use Arc to access the game, so I'm not sure where on the site you are able to get to that. Hopefully someone will chime in with that info for you.

I have a question about Arc Defender also. Maybe someone could enlighten me here. I log on two different computers, my main one at home, and one at work, (a different computer). How is that going to work?

Thank you for any help in advance.

After your initial log in, once you disable it, it shouldn't matter.

Don't use Arc like pretty much everyone else.

Even if you don't use it to run the game (which I don't), you still need to open it now and again if you ever want blessings or other free gifts.

That said, as someone earlier stated, it sounds like the first time you log in it will be allowed. Since there is a way to disable it, just do that immediately after you log in and you should be fine.

When you first login that computer will saved as safe. When you attempt to login from work it will send you an email with a PIN code to verify this new location. You can have up to 15 saved locations that you won't need to keep verifying.

You can also disable defender and not have to go thru all of that.

I never said it was active. I was answering the OP questions about being able to login after defender is active. Read before replying? b:chuckle

15 saved locations, well that will be kinda helpful. wonder how that's going to work?

From the Arc Defender info page
What should I do if I don't want to enter a PIN every time I log in?

In the Arc Defender window, make sure the box next to "Save this PC and allow future access without a PIN" is checked when entering the PIN. Additionally, you can assign a name to the computer (up to 15 characters) to easily identify it later.

If you disable it on your main PC, then it will work like normal. (as in, you'll be able to log in without any extra prompts) If you keep it enabled, when you log in your second computer, you will be asked to input a verification code that is emailed to whatever your email address is, that's tied to Arc. Get the code, input it, and choose if you want Arc to remember that PC for future use.

I want to disable it for every computer i ever login with. Or make the change of email address easier, so i dont have to send a ticket
