How do you change the language used in the game?

One of the members of my faction is trying to change the language in the game from French to English and not having any success. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

    Download the English client.

    Unfortunately there is no easy way to switch from one to another...
    Two years ago I was fed up with having to update both clients ('cause before I used to have one french client and an english client) and finally totaly deleted french one...

    This is even worse now because of Arc. Because there are several PWE games in Arc but you can't install one in another language than your Arc (or I didn't find how).
    So when I tested one of their other game on a french server (to be with certain people) I was the only one there having the game in english... 'cause I didn't find the possibility to have this game in french without having Arc in french (and I wanted to keep PWI in english)

    So in your friend's case, I think he will have to re-install Arc as well (I'm not 100% sure though)

    I just have three installs. English, German, and Chinese. I bypass Arc on all of them
