I'm in complete agreement with you. The people advocating against are afraid of paying to true gold price dictated by the need of others to buy it.

If dq nerf is going to lower prices, it will do it whether gold is 1m each or 10m each according to demand and coin flow. But I think they know botting wasn't the real reason gold went high, that is why they are against a cap increase.

I love to hear people cry about token price when they are already buying them at 60% off the real cost of opening packs for them. They are greedy.

The game economy is like a country economy. We are the citizens, PWI is the goverment. You can't blame citizens for inflation, its government job to stop it. Goverment has the tools, citizens just do what they can to live their everyday life.

Its totally possible for goverment to fix prices. An example is Poland in 1994.

The worst issue was in 1989. In early January 1989 1$ price was equal 500PLN, by the end of December 1989 the 1$ price increased to 6500 (6000PLN, 1200% increase within a year). In 1990 and 1991 the dollar price was staying at exactly 9500PLN - there was a government limit just as the one PWI does to us now.
In 1992 the 1$ price increased to 10000PLN and was gradually increasing since then. The 1$ price in 1994 was almost 25000PLN(15000PLN, 150% increase within 3 years, 24500PLN, 4900% increase within 5 years). To fix it the government made some extreme economical changes, including but not limited to the currency change. In 1995 the dollar price dropped to 2,5PLN. Now the price is about 3,4PLN and occasionally drops to 3PLN. It never reached more than 4PLN. The economy is stabilized now and inflation stays at like 2,5% a year which is just like in other economically stable countries. It stays like this since 1995.

So it is possible to fix a economy using goverment tools. Someone just has to think how.
Blaming citizens won't make any good. Citizens just do what goverment allows.

LC cant be so different from the other servers.
From wednesday to friday sell price for gold was 3m and buy at 2,6m, at saturday it droped to sell 2,7 and buy 2,4m, today gold sell price is at 2,9m and buy at 2,7m.


After a sale is over you can get nearly all boutique items from merchants at only a little more than it cost now with gold or you see in catshops (~10% to 15% more).
They sell enough of most sale things till the next sale is coming.

In a way you can get all things without the need for gold at all, the merchants still make good profit and players can buy at reasonable prices for coins.
