PV bug glich or whatever

So i was opening PV with my alt for main as i usually do my PV run's, and both alt and main had ''Phoenix Valley token'' and is same lvl range, but when i decide to start PV something decides that:
If any member of your party doesn't meet the level requirement, then you cannot open the barrier and fight the wraiths. Please confirm all requirements are met or the instance will fail.
As mentioned lvl range same and both chars have the token, and both inside PV, yet when i start, mobs appear for 1 second and disappear giving me that message, even though day before that worked perfectly and lvl haven't changed. Posted a ticket but gm's don't give a damn as usual~
Any ideas what cause that or anything?

    The 2 things I have noticed to glitch pv are: 1) Changing lead while its opening, wait till mobs have spawned. 2) Leaving the instance on toon which starts the mobs before they have spawned.

    That's never happened to me in my hundreds of PV runs (I swap between 4 other toons for a total of 5 runs per day). I can't really say what caused that.

    Did you have another Phoenix Valley Tier's token in your inventory at that time?

    For example, you finished the 45-59 tier, then still had the token in your inventory and tried to do the 60-74 one right after.

    Did 5 times same run all opener chars 100-102 non less and main 103, and all had lvl 100 token.
    But i think HideYoHubby right, i probably left instance on alt that started too early.
