about 'tortoise everlasting'

recently, i got stuck on a quest called tortoise everlasting received from NPC in bamboo village. i'm up to the subquest where i should be transformed into a tortoise everlasting (one of the mobs in endless sea). but somehow it doesnt allow me to transform... (maybe there is a item that i should click? but i found nothing in my inventory)


I checked the quest guide and this quest is between 50-60ish~im lvl76... could that be the reason which i cannot continue the quest? b:surrenderb:cryb:cry

    The NPC gives you a timed charm that transforms you into a turtle, so you need to reach the spot within the time limit. Maybe it has just expired, so you need to retake the quest, I guess
