Looks like they are sending out the rewards but not correctly.
So far I have received 2 b chests (supposed to be 3 for spending 20) , 2 s packs (spending 55?), 0 ocean orbs. I know I spent about 150g during this promotion.
The page was removed/deleted but I am 100% sure it was 3 b chest for this reward. Someone can refresh my memory for the rest. Sparkie put the page back up.

Seriously, I never complain, but this spend promotion **** always messing up is starting to **** me off... I won't spend next time for sure, it's always the same damn problem.
Sparkie, we need answers (again). If we send a ticket will they help us out like last time?
Also, since the post about the spend rewards have been deleted I hope they don't say something of the likes that it was not repeatable or that those were not the rewards... cause that would be dirty... very dirty.

Yes, it was repeatable 10 times and the rewards were:
20 gold - 3 War avatar B chests
55 gold - 3 War avatar S packs
75 gold - 1 Dragon orb Ocean

I just recieved 1 B Pack and 1 S Chest this time, which makes absolutely no sense, it's getting kinda boring to have to write tickets every time to get your stuff.

I spent 750.3 gold (I kept track) and only got 7 ocean orbs, 8 B chests and 8 S packs =/. These amounts don't even make sense.0

I agree it doesn't make any sense. I would love for them to implement something that shows our boutique purchase history, kind of like the purchase history you can view for buying gold in AH.
With constant fark ups on spend rewards we need a way to verify our spending. The response for my missing 50g spend last spend is "we sent the right rewards". And tbh they can say that because I cannot prove differently without recording every boutique purchase on video. I think I'm going to start doing that.0 -

For 130g you should have received:
6x b chests
6x s packs

it was messed up for me as well, I spent 230 Gold and received 2 B chests, 2 S chests and 2 Dragon orb Oceans, so they still owe me 7 B chests, 7 S chests, and one more dragon orb ocean. It doesnt make sense why they would send me 2 of the chests when even the lowest reward was *3* B chests and I repeated the promotion 3 times, so it seems to be way off what i was suppost to receive. I sent in a ticket hopefully it will be resolved. Last weeks error was understandable seemed like just a coding issue , but this week it seems like there not even close to what people should of actually received, i just hope it gets corrected and players dont get cheated out of what they spent. It was fixed surprizing fast last week, hope that is the case again this week because its kind of worrysome and not much fun to open your mail and wonder if you will get your proper rewards.0

Ok, so, i have got the 3 D.orbs just now, still no packs, missing on at least 6 of them (talking about the S ones, i don't care about the B ones even though they are missing too) if the promo works like someone else said before or 9 if they actually reward you 3 S packs per 55 gold... one way or another, I am missing stuff.

OMG like I spent over 450 gold I got my 6 +10 orbs on my main account and spent over 75 gold and got the 1 +10 orb on my catshop but only 6 S packs and 6 B chests on my main and 1 each on my catshop? OMG what gives? I got 1/3 of the card packs I should have received. We're being defrauded again. **** the attorney generals we need to file a complaint with the UN.

Leave it to Jadsia to come and complain bout people voicing an issue. Last(?) time they managed to create seemingly automated way of sending the missing rewards in fairly quick manner. This kind of thread doesnt only create another attempt to contact higher ups(trough sparkie) but also allows us to determine if the issue, like in this case, involves "everybody".
If forums were monitored and PWE had way to fix this in automated manner again, informing players bout it would save them hours and hours of work as their ticket system wouldnt be as flooded. That precisely is the reason why its good idea to discuss the issue on forums before sending a ticket. Like HideYoHubby said, this post serves to raise awareness only and save them time or do you think all these people (including myself) just came to the forum QQ and then do nothing about it?
Tickets have already been sent, and if everyone got their rewards wrong (it seems so) they probably have gotten a couple hundred tickets by now.

And the proper method of making PWI staff aware of an issue is by submitting a ticket to customer support and not by making a thread on the forum.

People like you make me question my faith in humanity. As it clearly isnt obvious to you, I`ll try to explain it. This thread informed me personally I am not the only one with said issue, which I then could add on my ticket. Everybody knows PWE is understaffed, getting reply on same day tends to be rare. If staff learns bout this trough their ticketing system it might be Monday before they are even aware of it. Give people weekend to send tickets and its gonna be fun times for staff when they get back to work. Getting word to staff asap would be beneficial to everybody involved and forums might very likely achieve it quicker than ticketing system.

Spent... well, a damn lot *merchy merchy* and I got 4 chests... of each... I got 17 10* orbs though, which is ok... but really? 4 S packs? xD
Anyway, ticket sent. Hope they fix it as fast as they did with previous Orb problem, and unlike the solved the 10* abuse xD

Really? If the forum's purpose was to contact customer support to address issues like this then it would be moderated full time by GMs on PWI payroll instead of moderated by volunteers from the gaming community itself. The ticket system for customer support is managed by full time GMs on PWI's payroll thus being the proper method to contact them regarding issues like this. Now go out on your server and keeel someone with your rank nine.
Oh, and P.S. My priority was the packs and not the +10 orbs. I've never used one of those orbs because the description clearly states that 'the level of equipment is demanded under level 16' so I always assumed that I couldn't refine any of my G16 gear or my upcoming r9 gear with those. But I am trying to get A card sets. I used the quantity of orbs I got this promo to determine how many card packs I should have received. I got 6 orbs on my veno so I should have received 18 of each kind of packs. I couldn't care less about what my catshop got. It'll never use them. I wasn't making fun of anyone going for packs. I said the best method to contact the higher ups about an issue is by submitting a ticket and not creating a thread in the forum for that purpose. Customer support gets boatloads of tickets every day and as understaffed as they are they are addressing the tickets and not running to the forums to solve the issue.

Clearly the thread is proper. The only person raging is you. Had the thread been improper in anyway I am sure the mods would have come to action.
The thread servers more than 1 purpose. To allow players to come together and see it affected more than just 1 person, affected everyone in fact. Secondly to bring attention to Sparkie.
This affected everyone the same. They sent just 1 b chest or s chest instead of the 3 each. If they are able to send the remaining amount automatically, like last rewards problem, then this is a good way to get that done. We don't need to jam up the ticket system if it can be seen in one place on forums. Like last time.
Orbs can e used on any equipment including r9rr.0 -

As per the last one, if you are missing anything at all, send in a ticket and they should get you everything you're missing. I'm going to see what's up with our tools and why they're not tracking correctly in the meantime.0

There is always the chance that Sparkie or some other GM is checking the forums around the time the thread is created. Which means they can poke the support staff directly and get the issue resolved faster. So, making a thread like this is very called for, and just another way of poking for attention. I mean, if there was a fire you would do more then just send a letter to the fire station? (Yeah, yeah, not the same. But you get the point, right?)
