This game is ****ed up!!

I once played in open beta and well came back after many years.
I started a sin sine ive read they are good farmers, but there is a problem: im a f2p player.
Well i used 10 cash for more bage space but i didnt think taht this game is so crazy designed for charms only. HP pots dont work since mobs do more dmg then you can outheal, lvling on lower mobs is a waste of energy and time, so im stuck now at lvl 74. still, ive some event gold to buy those charms but i know already they wont bring me anywhere. So i though i get a healer for that case and guess what hes out of mp charms (lvl 64).

How do i surive as f2p player in this game? sicne everything is so hardcore designed for cashshoppers i dont see here any place for f2p community. I dont wanna buy a bot to use 15 clients at once just to get enough money for those charms (7-10mil for 1 plat charm :O)

Can anyone here tell me how do i get the best money at my lvl? (beside that dayli money quest olly olds ****)?

most of the merchants are F2P and at least half the players.
Only problem nowadays is pple dont take the time to discover what is available as resources to fund yourself. aka quick fix silver platter generation.

If the older players could get by without charms, fairies, BH, free codes, new quests, higher rewards, and all that back in the days as F2P, back in the days, Im sure you can too.

If you didn't survive as a f2p player before so many radical changes, then you don't really have a chance now. If you aren't geared already, the chances of you finding a group willing to help you get geared is practically none.

Farming for coins is getting phased out.

I never use any charm untill I reach lvl 100.

There are good mp/hp food that you can get for free from doing blue/purle shadow divine quests. And as a sin, your bp should give you enough heals.

And as for gearing up, dreamchaser tiekcet can give you good gear and also the gear that now drop from bh bosses can help a bit untill you can get better gear for farming.

At your level charms are not needed and pots are gotten from divines and those are really good as well.
But the ones that drop from mobs are fine as well so I fail to see your problem.

Making Money? for gear? with the prices they are in-game? A actual realistic way that dont involve Years and Years and Alot of "Maybe it'll sell, maybe it wont"? Boy do you got one TAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL order. those Old outdated threads wont help you btw, it's just the same thing said over and over again, noNE of em work in the REAL world. I wouldn't ask on the forums either, their just gonna say "Go merchant" I hope your ready to put some Years into this btw lol

I can see this game slowly dying, there's no point in pay to win anyway, just take the game as it is, and enjoy the f2p features they do offer. For now, I'd say keep an eye out on their facebook page, aswell as the Arc facebook page, for some decent giveaways to help you along the way. Also, I, personally, think that if you're not enjoying a game, you should find something else, especially if that game you're not enjoying so happens to be PWI. Don't take it too personal, or assume that I am trying to diss PWI here, but it's my honest opinion and frankly, a logical way of thinking.

Almost a necro, but not quite......

For starters Makii1 if you are still around that level.....everyday up to level 80 are the Jolly old Jones quests. Just speaking to JOJ every days gives you 130k coins and he also gives 7 quests that are really easy and give 80k coins each. So every day you have 600k available.

No money used, leveled on lower mobs... wondering why you're stuck on level 74 since I'm only a few levels higher (81 + started end of may 2014). And no, never went into FC/PV/whatever but will do in the future. Game is still f2p unless you want to have the rank gear/weapon or T2/3 stuff without working for it.

First, Get to level 75 so that you can start using Crab Meat and Herb Yuanxiox.

This is pretty much endgame hp/mp food so that'll help.

Now, the making money part will come easier once you level up to 100. So for now, your main two focuses should be leveling up, and gearing up. At I believe 85+, Dragon Quest items start being worth more than 1 coin, so that'll help.

Sins are good farmers when they have the gear to do so, but they're squishy so they NEED the gear to do so. Also, refine your daggers decently. Your heals are from bloodpaint, and the more damage that you deal, the more you're healed.

There is other exliers to help with the healing / mp recovery such as the saps u can get from Devine Emessarys quest after completing ur BH's ,

See the Apothocary npc? notice the "Pink" potions? Alot of ppl neglect that type of potions because they see low numbers in recovery rate. However that stacks with the HP and MP pots and doesnt place ur normals HP and MP pots on cooldown thus given u a better healing / mana recovery . Saps is the higher version of the "Pink" Pots. Crabmeat 3500 hp recovery + Sap's 1500 hp recovery is given u a 5000 hp recovery total.

Another option also is Recovery rate Powders such as Renewel Orbs or the orther on forgot the name looks like Ultimate subs, given you a 100 % recovery speed. those things make ur healing potions work fast.

This is a totally P2W game. This is a fun game to play if you put LOTS of cash into it.

If you like the challenge of leveling and making money no matter how hard it is, you will like it here as F2P.

If you come home from a hard day at work and want to play a fun, casual, not too difficult to play game to relax, then this is NOT the game. PWCN really doesn't cater to the F2P side of the game. The gap between F2P and P2W is HUGE.

I no longer play here and i used to be a cash shopper. I have found much better games with a better balance in skills and economy.

Old players also remember DQ items dropping and being worth a decent amount vendored, farming on an island (i forget the name i havent played in forever) in AoE groups and being able to afford a charm a day for the effort.

This game was designed for charms, but it was also designed in a way that F2P players could easily get enough gold to buy cash shop money, PWE changed this after launch ( right around the anni pack joke ) so that it would no longer be possible, and would almost force people into paying, this move was "to stop gold farmers", trust me, it didn't.

Best advice, VPN and play on the original servers, they are still worth playing on.

Lol complaing about hp charm?? lvl 6\74 "healer" should be able to last a really long time on a plat charm. Also mp charms are waste, just use ya pots! At lvl 74 you should be looking for friends/factions who can run caves with you so you can gear up etc etc. annnnnd maybe you should consider doing jollys. You dont have that many expenses at that lvl. When you geet higher up and you can FARM caves. If you dont worry about saving for charms you can use your moeny for good thigns like gear/pots/shards. Only charms you should use are free ones XD!

Easiest caves to farm after 100:

WARSONG. As a cleric you can almost always find a spot in a squad and selling crafting can make you 10-20mil. Plus there is always bh 100 that can give you stuff to make some money. Sell mirages to catshops, sell sockets to catshops, excitement cards, ecstasy cards. The only useless item is chips really.

sin: got heal hability such as BP... plus pots and you still cant manage to survive?! you cant outheal with pots dropped by mobs... just wow...

first learn to survive as a sin, learn your toon and you wont really need charms. and yes i am a sin, yes i did my quests and yes was uncharmed and still am most of the time. Can aswell use the pots from divine quests they are fine and wont be a big issue in the means of coins.

and for money as lower levels... theres a sooo epic and easy way that doesnt even seem true, but... its there its easy and a fact!

since i have read in other threads that lvl 80's were kinda sparse in either quests or exp/spirit points not enough...either way...what do you do with the free reflective shards given every day for roll call...i decided to keep mine(have 271 of them now)and use them to breeze thru the "80's" by leveling up 3-4 levels at a time....update my buffs and debuff, passive skills and then go pound on mobs 3-4 levels below me..getting more exp/spirit with each quests...then repeat process...or probably could level all 9 levels then update buffs and debuffs, passive skills and then start at the bottom of 10 levels of quests and go pound on mobs 10level below you and work your way up.
PS..I always use my shards at night while i sleep..
.waking up and my toon has leveled up while i did slept is a good feeling
and it is all free
i still have to farm....buffs and debuff cost coin also

This game is ****ed up!!
