ARC - Redeem code

Arc Version 1.1.0.11634

Trying to redeem a code gives the message: "You do not have any characters for PWI. You need to create a character before you can redeem this key"

Steps:
1) Start Arc & login
2) Top left Icon - Redeem code
3) Use the current weekly code in the popup: qzBamtuP
4) Hit Next
5) curse the app
6) goto step (1) and see if step (5) helped

Account(s) have characters on the Arch server.
Checked Arc for updates and it says it's current

    Had the same issue. Also had the issue of being unable to login in the forums.

    Now it's solved, though. I can loging and redeem the code. Try again now

    Same problem, that code wont work no matter what i do :S

    i got same problem, first time i got that message i thought all my toons was deleted lol

    im getting the opposite of this. Arc is showing me old toons on the Momaganon server that doesnt exist anymore (even logged into the morai server in-game to check and no toons there) .. and yet arc is still showing me that toon as a first option when i try to redeem a code and i have to keep switching servers to the right one im on
