So what to do now.....

I am finally reaching the point where I don't know what direction to take my barb. Back before primal I was sharding saphire gems for magic Def. And now with the Def passive part of me would like to continue down that path and get as much magic Def as possible.

But I have this nagging thought in the back of my head telling me to shard deity stones. Cause lets face it barbs are one heck of a Dd stack an extra 48 attack lvl on this id imagine you would be a potentially lethal Dd.

Another thing making me want to shard deity stones is the fact that I like to be unique.

I would just like u guys thoughts on this

    You get like three-shot currently by any decent magic DD so I think you're better off working on spirit and more defense rather than making yourself even squishier.

    Demon str deity barb nom nom thatd be super sweet.

    And as for eoria. Thinkin any1 will 3 shot u cause deity is so stupid.
    Im full deity bm cause i chose to be.. Me gettin 3 shot ... Hardly.. Ofc if youre a 3 shot before deity yhen you are after too. U really dont get hit much harder at all wether ur josd or deity.

    I think when i get into astral sky that should stop. Last time i fought you i think i was mirage sky 2 and like lvl 80ish. Currently working on def passive and nw ornies. hoping once i get them i should have enough magic def without the shards which will allow me to shard the deity's

    I really really wouldn't consider sharding either deities or jades at this point unless you're full +11/+12. With dots going around 110m and dods around 120m, well...

    Hmmmm I think I will save up for shards. And after I refine my ornaments I will make my decision from there. It will more than likely be deity shards though

    Ya, I kinda thought about it as well...full deity..da hell! As a full Str barb you could just wipe out most people in one strike but you should always be aware that you will lose quite the survivability.

    I wouldn't go full deity under full +12 really + I wouldn't go pure deity. Find a way in between. You don't need all the attack levels there are to kill people. I'd say you have 2 viable options:

    8x josd/16x deity or 16x josd/8x deity.

    If I ever happen to get my hands on a Crown of madness I'ma put deitys in helm and robe and josd in anything else and to be honest. For 1on1s that would be god mode on any server.
