We can't log in Morai server: "Could not retrieve character list." message

    Same here, my characters are not shown and I can't even select Create. What happened?

    Hi everyone,

    I was just made aware of this crash and reported it to our technical teams. They should be working on it by now. Thank you for reporting it, we're hoping for a quick fix as well!

    I will post on the French Facebook page when the server is available again.

    It is fixed indeed! Glad it was quick :) Please let me know on the French FB page if some of your are still encountering issues.

    We all panicked a little when we realized that server was down, but now everything is normal :D and thank you for the quiz and the gifts!!

    unable to connect, got kicked from game

    is the server full, or memory full?

    this need to be fixed, my friends are still ingame

    I suggest an overflow server, so players logging into game is waiting on a special server until slots are availible.
    Then no one ingame has to be kicked out.

    Full of Hallelujah faction alts, yeh... (unsurprising some of them went demon, too b:laugh )

    At the moment the issue is maintenance however.
    I'm so P.R.O... I Press Respawn Often.
