We are aware of the issue and looking in to it. I'll post back whenever I receive any updates.

Edit: looks like I'm a bit late to the party and the servers are fine. In the off chance they go belly up again, post here.

    if you are still logged in, u cant open mails(which is good considering the latest huge orb fiasco)

    Morai server: Can't log in with one of my toons, other is still logged in. The one that is logged in cannot use faction chat anymore, WC suggests other factions are having the same problem.

    Bounty Hunter and Divine Emissary quests are also not appearing. Sounds like you've got a database dropping out on Morai... Disk full? ;)

    [Edit] My second toon also got disconnected now. Can't get back in. Hope this gets sorted before NW.

    well, thats the issue on MORAI.

    A question, if we are loged on ARC, why the hell we need to log on forum? shouldnt the arc log us on all? this in the case im using the forum throught the arc.

    yeah down. faction chat dissapeared 1st. cant log back in. and running client down. so much for all ok.... btw skill delays started 1-2 days ago. quest lags for 12 hrs.... b:victory

    Kitty thinks it's 'cause this forum isn't embedded on ARC but exists on older server that isn't connected to ARC. That's why avatars don't work properly anymore either, Kitty thinks.

    Happening in Morai Server atm: "Could not retrieve character list."
    Be ready for a Dreamcasher's pack after a week rollback guys b:pleased
    While any other server will have 3 x 10* orbs

    Same server its k , just not loading character and i still try log , 1h already i cant log ...

    Well this is weird. And creepy. The server is online but we cannot access our characters. Oh oh...

    The server itself can be online.
    The problem seems to be in the server that handles the logins.
    Sweetybot just pings the servers.. and even if it's online, it doesn't mean you can enter it from the login server if that one doesn't function properly.

    Yah cant see any of my characters on Morai, "create" and "start" greyed out only exit. +10 orb for me please ty
