Spend Promotion from 10/10/14

I was just curious if anyone else was having issues with the spend promotion rewards. I received my B and S Packs just fine but when I received my Dragon Orb Ocean tickets mail it said I had X (greater than 1) Dragon Orb Ocean Ticket yet when I took the item from the mail I only got one.
My main was Susamajii The Lost City Barbarian.

    Yes, I had the same issue. :( I think it's because they sent all the Dragon Orb Ocean tickets in 1 mail rather than multiple mails like they did in the past.

    Had 5 tickets. Only got 1 orb.

    Very tame and properly placed thread.

    Expected more outrage from PWI community.

    I hope the community manager will find a way to properly distribute the rewards, or give us a template ticket to submit so that the support staff doesn't give a generic answer.

    Same thing, mail had 2 tickets but only produced 1 orb in my bag.

    got 7 tickets, received a single orb, sent a ticket already :3
