guild base maintenance help

I have been trying my hardest to find information about maintaining a guild base.
I have discovered fragments of information and it looks like the wiki page is the best start.
Unfortunately I am not able to see the images in the guide and have posted a support ticket as I think that problem is caused by an access permissions problem.
I also have no knowledge of how to maintain a wiki so need help with that once I have something to add to the guide.

I have been given access to the guild leader logon for my guild, Placid, and have been working on getting funds and the exp for an upgrade which I now have but do not know what to upgrade or had any practise on the process and need some help.

I would also like to know what I can do about the full storage situation. Like how do I get the stuff out for sale to NPC's assuming that is how other manage the storage.

If you could spare some time in game then please feel free to pm me on RamJoT and let me know when you have some time to chat me through what I can do.

Otherwise please add anything you can here so I can progress this task.

    Are you using this wiki? http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Faction_Bases

    What you want to upgrade depends on what you think is best. Some want the pk pots first while others want the upgraded arrows(b:surrender). For the storage do you mean like the plume and etc? You need to use it. Most likely you'll have to upgrade the vault(I think) and then be able to hold more items.

    Ref wiki yes I am using that one. The images don't show for me.
    I will do some screen prints so I have something to make notes on.

    How/Where do I use the base materials. Do I need a specific craft level?

    I believe storage increases with every 2nd base level increase.

    You don't need a crafting skill. You need construction points and materials to upgrade things. Construction points are earned by doing the 2 mob kill quest dailies. You can see how many your guild has by looking at the red bar at the faction manager(the npc where you donate your mats). You guild members must turn in their construction points to be counted. You can't just do the quests and horde the points, you have to turn them in.

    The base materials are simply stuff that's donated to faction manager. No craft level needed.
    When the materials get full, you can head down the South Hall (Yellow) to the Heavenly Vault I think.

    As the Leader, you will see the option of "Material Exchange" the exchange is a 2:1 ratio.
    For example 2400 Plume Puff = 1200 Raging Flask

    Upgrading is fairly simple, although I vote focusing on upgrading Kirin (Hall of Loyalty, the center Monolith) to increase the base's progression and... forgot what was the Alchemy Labs name for base pots which are great to have any given time.

    As for the storage increases? I don't understand that **** so don't care for it much not that it's useful info.

    As for general maintaining? Just make sure to do Base Quests and turn in the Construction Points and Materials. Nothing else to maintain.
