Celestial Tigers - City of Raging Tides - Mailbox gives no reward

So, basically...

Solofarmed my contribution since I was deflorating my Celestial Tigers experience. (Never done it before since i'm not that heavy into events)

Commenced picking up herbs and by giving the Elder 3 Shards once the event started.

The Event ended and i got 2750 Contribution by the end of it.

Got the Mailbox quest, took the quest from the Mailbox in Raging Tides and got nothing from it.
The Quest was unavailable to choose from the Mailbox after that but it was still in the Quest Log.
The Quest disappeared from the Questlog once I relogged an hour or so later.

TL;DR:

1. Farm Contribution
2. Go to the Mailbox and take the quest under "Quest Related".
3. Get no rewards and still have the quest in your Questlog.
4. Mailbox Quest disappears after a relog at any given time later on.

    Although it says in the system message you need 2k contribution at least to receive a prize, this is not the case anymore. You actually need a minimum of 4k contribution to be eligible for a prize since they updated Tiger Event (check here).

    I guess in that sense they need to amend the system message to say the correct number of minimum contribution required to avoid confusion.

    I probably should've checked PW Database first then. b:surrender

    But yeah, then they definitely need to update the system message to avoid further confusion.

    What the above poster stated + you need to be in the top 20 for your class.

    You do not need to be in top 20. Just have 4k contrib and have 5 spots open in your inventory.

    The only thing that has changed regarding getting a prize is that you need 4k contrib instead of 2k. Everything else is the same. There is a consolation prize if you have 4k+, but are in 21st+ place for your class.
