Is the Dragon Boat quest over?

I checked the site of Alabaster Snake and the prisoner NPC on Nameless Isle, both are not there.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the last day of the quest the 10th? Do other servers have this as well, I'm in Raging Tides

    Yep, the event was supposed to end today and it did.
    8th of October... English-style date-writing. :P

    They really need to learn how to post end dates. Everywhere else end dates posted, the last day stated, is the last day it will be there. Look at any promotion or sale ad put up by anyone else anywhere. It ended the 7th not the 8th.

    Actually you are wrong. It did end on the 8th, I was on the server after server reset time (12 am server time) and did it one last time on the 8th before scheduled maintenance. So therefore it DID end on the 8th.
