You have to go down to the blue ball.

As far as it seem right now, the Rice Cake does nothing. There have yet to be any Mods to show up and say it is for, nor does PW database show any other related info. But I guess the only thing to do is wait till the end of the event to see what it does. If anything, just npc it after it ends xD...

The ricecakes themselves are not needed to complete the quest, they just accumulate and can be stored in the crafting cupboard. My guess is they're items like that Box of Moonlight of the previous temporary quest, meant to be exchanged for a temp title - one that isn't working.

Quest goes as follows:
- Take quest from Alabaster Snake
- Talk to Weaver Finny, then dig 2 grass colors that combined will make the one the quest wants (IE red/blue for purple, red/yellow for orange and yellow/blue for green - can't believe some ppl still mess this up).
- You're morphed into a dragon form, ported. Move to the purple ball (or click the coordinates in your quest tracker to move there automatically)
- Move to the blue ball. It's below the water, height 14 if you're autopathing
- Move to the yellow ball. Upon arriving, popup and the polymorph ends.
- Talk to the Dragon King (height 35) and take the seal. I personally only take the biggest one, unsure what the others do.
- Kill snakes to charge the seal.
- "Use" the seal near the NPC that Alabaster Snake is holding. Rewards: An item that temporarily increases slaying and warding levels, and a primordial blood. And good XP.
