    How about an Absence Note as a nice "We're sorry we screwed up!"
    Hadn't even had a chance to log in today, finally get to game time and can't log in...
    If you bite some one, they get mad and smack you.
    But if you lick them, you still get the flavor.
    And they think you're weird.

    Servers are fine its an internal problem with ARC

    Well seeing as a LOT of people have been leaving the game the powers that be might want to please those that spend time and money on this game. So yes people should want some compensation. It's called pleasing your client base, something PWE sucks at doing most of the time.
