Star Reset Plate ~ Faction Base Reset Stone

Hello Guys,
1 Week ago i got the Star Reset Plate (http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/39926)from the Bidding Hall, because we wanted to reset a whole Structure (Kirin = Hall of Loyalty in our case) to get a faster way to build up the Dragon = Armory Structure to get the Helmet needed for NW Recast Helmet.

My question: does this Star Reset Plate reset the WHOLE Structure (in our case 5 Levels = 7 Tech Points) or just 1 Level of a Structure?

Anyone got some experience already with that item?

    This item works similar to a reset note where it resets points from 1 of the selected faction cosmos. The following Faction Cosmos are colored according to the faction leader cosmos window:

    Kirin = Hall of Loyalty "Monolith"
    Dragon = Alchemy Labs "Aura Stone"
    Tiger = Heavenly Vault "Materials Storage Vault"
    Tortoise = Manor of Justice " Training Obelisk"
    Phoenix = Armory " Weapon Storage"

    I've actually used it a few times to restat our base to get the guild base helm early for a few people who didn't want to wait.

    Just make sure you don't over spend your tech points in the cosmos window or you may have to get another stone to fix it.

    To answer your question. Yes it resets all the levels, not just one level.

    So that structure will sink down to 1, or whatever the starting is.

    And by overspend, I think what he means is that it's possible to put more points needed for a Level 8 structure?
