Lost Roll Call Chest

I was away from PWI for about 2 1/2 years. Came back, reawakened my 102 archer, was collecting the roll call log in glowy chest thing for several days, then poof! No more chest. All my other characters still get it, and my husband's characters, too, but I don't get one on my archer anymore. It's been probably 4-5 days. Anyone know why? Thanks :)

    Maybe it got moved to somewhere else on the screen...like behind genie near the top left. Sometimes it auto hides behind that area.

    Nah, I don't even have the quest in my list anymore.

    Just to make sure: is your archer's quest log full?

    Also, the level requirement for the quest is 31+, so make sure you're past that.

    Quest log is almost empty and I'm level 85 after first reawakening. I had the quest/chest for awhile and then it just stopped showing up when I logged in.
