Rescent A-S pack charge reward anyone not gotten theres yet?

As this post says is there anybody else out there that so far has not got there Packs from the last charge reward , i myself have afew friends who charged both before and after me who got theres but here i am almost 2 weeks later without them yet, so is anyone else waiting untill the 2 week wait period before ticketing or everyone else got theres ?

    You guys better check low level alts on your account. That is where mine went, level 70 psy I haven't even played for months/years..

    I had this happen with my account as well. It went to the first character on the account rather than the character I've been playing and making purchases with. I've opened a ticket but there isn't any eta.

    I had checked afew of my alts but not ones that i had not loged in in over a year decided i may aswell but nope not there either xD

    Got mine and on correct account too...possibly just lucky.

    Support told me they would be sent to last character on the account to have spent gold in the boutique.

    Got mine and on the correct character also. They arrived just before NW last week. I was very surprised it was so early b:chuckle
