Hello guys :)
Did ticket thingy already last night but guys from customer support said i should post here as well in order to get fix faster etc

Heres my problem, i got 6 incomparable sapphire shards and npc just wont let me make gem of them can i get any help plz?
It would be great if u could just delete these bugged ones and give me gem instead or something like that.

To add one more thing which confusing me, these 4 ive got from friend maybe 3 weeks ago or so and now as you can see it say they aint tradable for some reason???

    Friggin swear support doesn't have a clue sometimes.... *grumbles*


    Untradable shards/orbs cannot be combined to form better ones. I haven't heard about shards somehow going from being normal to suddenly being totally untradable, though, so that issue is something new to me. Are you sure you got those from a friend? They seem like the untradable rewards from a few things to me.

    You sure those 4 came from a friend?

    Not that I like implying people are lying unless I have good reason to do so, but having items randomly become... a completely different item (yes, they are different items from the game's perspective) stretches the imagination a bit. Not to mention, you get that exact amount (4) from one of the level-up chests (or one of the sky level chests?) if I remember correctly.

    It why it confusing me,got these and couple charms + another sapphire gem and coins as i said from friend, remember that night i asked her wtf to do with these 4 (even forgot that they are just one lvl under gem) and she said get two more make another gem for wep when u get badges and mold for s3 wand which i tried to do last night.

    I'm having the same issue, and yes they told me to check out FORUM; I created mine from crushed emblems, and try to combine the (x6) to sapphire gem however it will not let me do this, nor will it reconize my normal gems i purchase from catshop. it sound like there might be a timer on them which would be terrible. still investagating with no help from GM.

    Those shards cannot be used to combine into a higher level gem.
    Shard from Emblems. http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/38404

    Notice how the regular shards have "Used in craft for following items" where the Shards you make from the crushed emblems do not.

    You can only make the Sapphire Gem from the normal shards.​​
