Does the R8 recast requires tailor and blacksmith levels?

Ok, so I checked the forge and it doesn't mention this so can someone clarify if the r8 recast requires manufacturer lvls? Thanks in advance! b:thanks

    no it should not. I recast my barbs gear and only have lvl 1 craft on all.

    Getting 200k, and then getting the weapon, and then Reforging the weapon into Eon, or the Recasted version of the R8 you received from the NPC, Requires no blacksmithing. I did it on my cleric. That goes for gear and the weapon.
