Doesnt work, its glitched, not recieving daily points,for the quests.

  You only receive points for the quests you picked on the same day. You don't get points from previous day's quests.

  but you can spend the points on quest picked up in previous days. I had 2 BHs I neglected for a week I completed using active points.

  They are completely random, one day you can get 60 points just from dailies, not including the Bh, other day 0 and 30 points only from the BH, etc.
