Faction Mass Mail

I've noticed when sending out mass mail to faction members that some members don't receive the mails. Is there an option for them to turn that on/off?
I've sent when they are online and they didn't receive and sent it when they are offline and they don't receive it either, so being logged in or not doesn't make a difference.
Any thoughts?

Are their mailboxes full? I don't get mass mail if my mailbox is full.0

My guess is full mailboxes too. But man, if there was an option to turn it off ... ;_;[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

It can also fail if they have not logged into that account in over 30 days. Definitely should be an automatic exclusion there though so you don't spam yourself with failed entries.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

If full mailbox isn't the case, I'd actually love to know if there is any arcane secret way to turn them off. For the future.
Some factions tend to... abuse the feature to say the least. After some giggles, it gets annoying. Can't have too much of a 'good' thing."There are two things you cannot always reason with in this world - your own mind and the minds of other people. But you can try."0 -

I "assume" they weren't full because when I told them the codes in faction chat they were able to use them and get the items from the codes to their mailboxes. Unless that is different?
I'll mention to check if their mailboxes are full and test again next week when there is a new code.
@meranya
I can't say I blame you. Officers shouldn't be abusing that "power"0 -
Is there any chance that the ones that did not get the mail were less than truthful?
As in:
Hey, we didn't see you at [Event]
Oh, we had [Event]? I didn't know qq
Yeah, didn you get the Faction Mail about it??
No <--- the lie0 -

Actually yes there is a different limit for system/gm messages and player messages. Your mailbox can be full for receiving player messages and you could still receive a gm one. That allows things like auction house messages to still reach you even if some player spanned you with mail. I forget the exact number and am unsure if the code mails count as such though. Theoretically though they should still be able to receive codes even if you as a a player cannot mail them.0 -

One of the people that didn't receive the mails is an alt of mine b:chuckle
It didn't look like her mailbox was full but I did do the codes into Arc for mine after I sent the mass mail. I had noticed that the last few times I sent mass mails that she did not get them. I have a few other faction mates that didn't get them either but I'm not certain if theirs are full are not.oVenusArmanio wrote: »Actually yes there is a different limit for system/gm messages and player messages. Thank you Venus, that makes more sense if it was full for player/faction messages and not from GM/Bidding House.0 -
