9.18.14 Network Maintenance [Servers Up]

Hey all,

Tomorrow morning from 6AM - 10AM PDT, there will be a system wide network maintenance going on (not server), so you may experiencing some connection issues during that time. It will not last for very long, and we expect only login issues to occur.

We will update this post once the network maintenance is completed.

Update 1: We had no internal internet all morning. We finally got access back.
Update 2: East Coast servers are still experiencing issues after the maintenance. We are looking in to it.

Update 3:Servers should be up and stable. If you are still having issues, please let us know.

    Any chance we'll see a forum maint anytime soon? Think we got some avatars and link colors that need fixing...

    You're only unaffected due to colorful text. Now find the "more" button the bear smilies has that lets you see more than 15! And do it via using your eyes to find it instead of mousing around til you get to click on it. Then you'll see the issue that unless a link is outright stated to be there it won't be found with the current layout. :/

    so enjoy the constant dcing and lag several hrs before ur planned so called maintenance. I know you must prove constantly how incompetently the company is run it cant even tell basic time and run there programs when they advise masking all the **** you put us through with redeem codes so we forget. Put some of that money you spam wc from us to good use for once

    Haven't been able to log into the Eastern server for the past hour and a half.

    Not that this is unexpected, the network maintenance thread explained this so it's just a case of having to wait.

    not sure why, but I can log into East Server at home, but can't log in at friend's home. it shows Western and Euro Servers up, but Estern down. But at home, all server up. o.O b:sad

    Probably because of the nature of what they're doing being something that's intermittent with both the login servers themselves (sometimes everyone gets locked out and sometimes not) and being something that will also only affect some people at times while not others because networking.


    Honestly, we likely won't have any form of stable connection til after it's over. Kinda surprised that west coast doesn't have complaints on this yet but maybe they're doing things in a certain order or something.

    but i notice always whenever like this issue happens, only East Cost servers are in trouble why ? maybe u dnt have answer of those questions and no need to be surprised on that issue cos west servers are always up on tat situations.

    West and Europe server are up but once again East is not, I think East must be the redheaded step child or something. b:chuckleWe always are the last to get things in working order. The powers that be night want to think about why they are losing players in PWI. Think that this might be one of the reasons PWI is has lost and is losing so many players? Hmm...Just a thought. I for one am done wasting time on waiting on PWI, I'm going to go play another game, would giving it a shout out but that's frown on and is no-no on these forums. b:shutup

    Hey guys

    Turns out none of us, myself included, can read. b:laugh

    The announcement clearly says
    All East coast shards will be intermittently available. This will affect the following games

    So of course only East Coast is being affected by this. No news yet on twitter/facebook about it taking longer, though, so concerns there are totally valid.

    i see compensatory +12orb codes for east coast server comming, followed by uproar or other servers, followed by more +12 orb codes for everyone, followed by full +12 alts on every server. b:chuckle
