Wonderful ARC client and Anniversary

So, all of a sudden, my ARC client says it can not log into my main account due to an internal error.
But I can log into a second account I have (It uses a gmail account. My main account has hotmail).
Oddly, since ARC took over, when I sign in with my main account: "ME1" from hotmail, for example, it logs in, but automatically changes my name to "ME2" at the very top right as my default name...ME2 is my Gmail accounts name...it is as if it merged two accounts, but only by name since the regular log in works...and my account info is clearly seperated from the two accounts...So I never paid it much mind and logged into to ARC client just fine on the two seperate accounts...until this week.
My ME1 wont log in (error message above) and ME2 works. So I go in, back out to the character sign in on the original PWI log in thingy, and can worm hole back into my ME1 account from there...problem is...CODES ARE REDEEMABLE ONLY ON THE ARC CLIENT (not the PWI sign in). So although I can technically play my main ME1, I can not redeem any codes all week....
CAN I BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS WITH ALL THE ANNIVERSARY CODES PLEASE???!!! And only after you are able to fix me issue (sent a ticket already). Because codes resent to reimburse me for a client ARC that is not working is just repeating the problem. And it only started this week, it was running fine since forever...(except that odd linking two account name thingy).

"Internal error" is a glitch that occurs if ARC hasn't restarted in a while (more then a day). You probably, much like me, leave your comp on pretty much 24/7. Solution:
- Start task manager (CTRL-Alt-Del, task manager)
- Go to the processes tab
- Find "Arc.exe"
- Kill process.
- Restart ARC and log in with the account of your choosing.
- Redeem codes at your leisure.
Also, check your attitude when asking for help on the forum. Noone enjoys being shouted at. And if you'd have asked before the codes expired, you'd have been able to get them all.I'm so P.R.O... I Press Respawn Often.

Sadly you are wrong on all accounts here.
1) No. The client, the program file, and the PC have all be restarted, and run as admin on all occasions. Not working. And if you read right, I said the client works FINE with my second account that uses a different log in. I Also mention the original account some how pulls the name from this seprate account as my "nick name" each time I log in (two different emails and names, not sure how they mixed that up. I also have used a credit card on the main account only). And NO I do not leave my PC on 24/7.
2) There was no attitude. And there was no shouting. Eyes do not have audio sensors. Your brain translated what it wanted and then hands typed out trollery. The caps is to emphasise a point. So was not asking, but showing. I Also mention I sent a ticket that was structured completely different than what I post here and had 2 photos attached. This is not the place I come for tech help, but welcome suggestions and share the same voice of frustration with others for a potential global fix.

And no, the codes had a time frame. A week. The time it takes to respond to tickets is longer...Do the math. Miss the codes. b:surrender[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Unnecessary use of capital letters tends to be considered shouting on forums. And your second message either didn't pass the swear filter, or you star-censored yourself. Either way, unnecessary.
Have you tried uninstalling ARC on the computer you're having issues with, deleting the ARC client folder after uninstall, then reinstalling ARC? Have you tried installing ARC on another computer and logging on from there? (You don't have to have PWI installed on the computer to redeem codes for your characters on PWI - if you have an old laptop or other system that can't run games, you can still install arc and try it from there).
Have you tried, after logging in, then explicitly telling ARC to log you out and then log in to the "ME1" account? Sounds to me there's an issue with stored credentials...I'm so P.R.O... I Press Respawn Often.

For me, this has nothing to do with passwords, and I can successfully change my passwords on both accounts (something I Did today). MY error message is not "password not found" but "ARC has an internal problem. Please wait a moment and try again". And ONLY ON ONE (my main) account at hotmail.
I can log in fine on my totaly different Gmail account...
I can also log in just fine on the website on my main account (hotmail).
It started at the start of last week. Sent a ticket. Waiting. Hoping the anniversary event codes would last longer than a week. Last time I respond to the caps issue:
1) The use of caps in my thread was not unnessary, so it should not me considered a "shout". I have seen shouts. They usually have parantheses above it to show "speaking". Or the entire wall of text is caps. I could have done that...I did not. Because I used caps necessarily. And you are not forum god, and what you deem necessary and unecessary is meaningless...
The ARC issue:
I have uninstalled and re-installed. Nothing changed. I even did full system clean, etc. I do not have another PC to install on, and as I mentioned, it works on a second account and the error message does indicate the problem is ARCS, it has an internal problem and to wait a few moments. Not "pass word not found" or anything that indicates my end.
I will try a reboot on a bare bones windows start up, deep clean uninstall from there, and reinstall. See how it goes.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Can you log onto other ARC resources using that account, such as this forum or the ARC webpage?I'm so P.R.O... I Press Respawn Often.

Yup, I mention that in response to the other guy above, and this is the "ME1" main account (rapeaxe). I can use the ME2, as well, andI Can for sure log in the website and see my information (on both accounts and characters different from the other on each account, so no linked info etc...and therefore no code redemption. As you know when we redeem codes we can drop down the little box and select a server and character if multiple characters and servers on one account...That does not work here).
I also changed passwords this morning because I thought perhaps it was a password issue. No dice
But like I mention also, I can log in with ME2, second account (it is a bank account level 1 elf, that I care less about...well I Care about the items I have been sending it to stash, but it is not my main level 80 Barb account), and log out to the PWI launcher sign in, and then log back in using my ME1 account and I can play my Main barb character that way just fine...(so signed in to ME2, loopholed back in as ME1). However, that of course keeps ARC signed in as ME2, and no codes can ever be redeemend this way[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
