Missing coin after bank/stash deposit

Tried transferring coin from my toons inventory to my account stash and after clicking done to confirm the transaction, the coin disappears from my inventory but doesnt show up in my stash. Tried relogging.. reloading client.. been 2 days and nothing.
This has happened before a couple weeks ago too but at the time i thought maybe i didnt notice how much i previously had in there and that it went through but this time i knew the coin didnt get transferred properly.

Tried sending in a ticket about it and they said to post here about the issue :/

Luckily it wasnt too big of an amount but i use the acc stash daily for coin and gear swapping between 3 main toons on the account so having things disappearing isnt fun.

    You probably dropped the coins on the ground. The interface for that is similar to deposit.

    Why they keep asking people to post their issues on the forum while there's nothing on the forum that can be done about it??

    The mods help more than the freaking staff and they are not even PWI's employees...

    +1, I did this once (with trade instead of stash).


    Also, I'm with Bella, it's kind of absurd to have support try to offload people onto a community forum.

    I miss the times when I could actually vouch for support more often than not. Nowadays they're just plain stupid and it really sucks having to tell people their problems can only be solved by the support staff over and over again... and that's just for the things that support's supposed to handle. It doesn't even begin to compare to the amount of times support sends people here for simple problems that don't belong here and could be easily solved if they just took some time to talk to the people naturally.


    But I'm ranting and blargh. What Asterelle said is likely your issue here. I've done it a few times by accident as well (though I'm normally lucky enough to notice before the drop timer runs out and can grab my coins back).

    thought of that but no.. - i click the coin icon in inventory to transfer coin ( with the stash window open ) - plus how do you drop coin on the ground if the trade/stash window is open? the drop window auto changes to depisit
    Also.. if you notice the coin/items doesnt show up in your stash when u click confirm, you would naturally check your inventory/around you/relog, to make sure it wasnt anywhere there yeah?

    plus this isnt the first time something like this has happened. on my merchant toon i made a sale of 10mil ( someone buying from my shop so nothing i clicked or did or dropped "by mistake" ) selling a bunch of dragon orbs ( one time sale) and the items disappeared as usual but i never got the coin for it. Sent in a ticket and after they checked logs or w/e i got coin refund tickets in the mail

    when making trades over 10mill you can receive a 10mill big note instead of coins its common mistake wouldn't be surprised if support didn't even check gave you another 10mill lol brb while i make few ticketsb:chuckle
