Promotion is repeatable up to 5 times!

The rewards cap at 50 gold charged

Does this means you earn reward for up to 250 Gold per account?

The way it's written there implies either one of the following:

    Scenario 1:
    * Charging a total of 50 gold gets you:
    - 5 war avatar Pack A
    - 2 war avatar A chest
    - 1 war War Avatar Pack S

*Charging a total of 100 gold gets you:
    - 5 war avatar Pack A
    - 5 war avatar A chest
    - 2 war War Avatar Pack S

    Scenario 2:
    * Charging a total of 50 gold gets you:
    - 1 war avatar Pack A
    - 1 war avatar A chest
    - 1 war War Avatar Pack S

    * Charging a total of 100 gold gets you
    - 2 war avatar Pack A
    - 2 war avatar A chest
    - 2 war War Avatar Pack S

They really should clarify this kind of stuff on that page since both of them are legit possibilities...
The "repeatable" part heavily implies scenario 2 though...

*casts a long spell to summon sparkie for clarification*

It's almost certainly what you listed as scenario 2.

If it weren't for the "tier" thing, then what you said as scenario 1 would apply, but because of the fact it's being done in tiers, I'm willing to bet on what you have as case 2.

And yeah, it's gonna be 250 gold to get everything 5 times.

I'll assist in the sparkie summoning though. b:chuckle

I think it's just that you can charge 50€ a day, during 5 days that promo lasts.

This would mean you can reach the tier 3 5 days, having a final reward of 5 of each chests/packs after 5 days charging a total amount of 250 gold.

At least charge promos with limit used to be accounted dailiy, then we have those problems with prices sending... lol

Really? Another charge rewards promotion when people still havent received their items from the last one?
Have they ever fully handed out charge rewards within the 2 weeks as they say they will in their announcements? The poor handling of these charge rewards are the only reason I dont charge real money in game.

why not for ONCE !!!! they can write exactly what it is ?
they know people will come back and ask what it is.
why not write from the beginning a clear description?
they would save themself also some work. i really dont get it..........

    and what does this mean:

Items will be sent to the character that made the purchase

when you charge a account makes the purchase ,not a character.
does this mean its spending too? or what?

In fairness, even when they do tell exactly how it works and the exact way people still come asking for clarification. Even when they've included examples to get the point across it's happened so... it's not as if they never try.

As for the latter, yeah I admit that makes zero sense within this context. Good catch and I'll ask for that to be clarified too. Assuming sparkie's bosses didn't **** him over and it's actually a spend reward thing but they told him it was charge because... who knows. :|

Does the •Items will be sent to the character that made the purchase.* mean that you have to buy the gold in-game through the botique while you have that character online? I want to buy some gold, but since those chests are bound, I don't want to mess upb:cry

new they updated the news page.
I still dont understand what does this mean:

Items will be sent to the character that made the purchase.
Items will be sent to the character that made the purchase and cannot be transferred.

Is it charge or spend reward?
If its charge reward like written on the page, how shall this work with the character that made the purchase?

Anyone tested and seen how it work?

Did you have to select a character when charging, for reward shipment?

It's definitely a charge reward. Managed to get that confirmed.

The wording's still wonky though and that needs to be fixed... but the folks I could get to weren't actually in the office so it's somewhat out of their hands til one of them gets back in or can get someone there to do it.

all we want to know is how to charge gold on the character cuz 99.99% ppls have more then 1 character on account ? since all i know so far is you ONLY can select which sever you want gold sent to not the characters.

They did fix some wording, just not the important part. b:cry

I don't see any other way around it. They need to redo this Charge Award, start completely over. Very few dare to use it as is. I was ready to charge 250 Gold, but has not charged 1 Gold yet.

Can we get some clarification on this from the PWI staff?

Of course you charge to a certain server for gold but how do they know what character to send it to?

This question is paramount due to the fact these items are bound and non-transferable. They make that explicitly clear. I don't think they'll be sympathetic either if they happen to send it to the wrong character. I am way too hesitant to charge any gold until this matter is clarified.

Haven't managed to get any further confirmation/info about this yet, sadly.

I'll let you know if/when I get anything, assuming sparkie doesn't beat me to it and post whatever info he can get once he gets it.

ok, I was writting a ticket about this and I found the following answer in the ticket system:

    (NW) Charge Rewards 9/19-9/23
Answer opened, click or double tap to close
How do I qualify for the Charge Rewards program? What is the value of the rewards?

When does the promotion start, and when does it end?
Charge Rewards promotion begins: September 19, 2013 at 10 A.M. PDT (Pacific)
Charge Rewards promotion ends: September 23, 2013 at 10 A.M. PDT (Pacific)

When can I claim the rewards?
Rewards will be available to be claimed in-game from the Rewards Claims Agent: September 27, 2013 at 12 P.M. PDT (Pacific)

It seems they will NOT be send via mail, you just have to go to the Rewards NPC and claim them there.

Doubt this is true. They bold a lot of text in the promo and it says...

"All items will be acquired through the in-game mail system."

Doesn't make any sense to get it from an NPC and then from a mailbox. We've never had a process like that in PWI. It's always strictly been mailed to us like blessings/weekly codes. They've set that precedent and made it clear they're sticking to that precedent in the text.
