AEU Morai quest chain help

i did all of the morai quest, there are no more left in my list. and i have the quest for "Pick your poison" for the normal EU, But i dont see the "Growing concerns" in my list or in my available quest list. and it Doesnt pop up. Does anyone know how i can start the AEU chest chain? is there ANY quest at all i need to complete before it pops up? PW database says that it's a pop up and doest give a NPC.

    1K city elder should have a gold quest 'A Tiny Fib" that wil give you the chain quest necessary to access AEU.

    The thing is, the "a tiny fib" quest starts AFTER the "Growing concerns" and i dont know how to get the "growing concerns" to pop up. i already relogged and restarted client. i dont know what NPC will give me the quest, its annoying cause i wanna do the BH already

    growing concerns should pop up in these locations in moria

    Automatic started at point
    Morai: 352 578 (0)
    Morai: 445 583 (0)
    Morai: 469 518 (0)

    failing that should check elder of streams see if got quest for you and check all moria elders and Luminance Tactician Mur - "Morai" 352 580(8) all places where can loose the quest dosn't show in list just in case you started quest but then forgot all about it

    I think you also have to be level 100 to start the AEU quest chain.
    If you bite some one, they get mad and smack you.
    But if you lick them, you still get the flavor.
    And they think you're weird.

    I have a quick question, I am stuck on the last part, I went inside AEU with a group for a bh twice and I am still missing the serpent boss item that the quest requires. Anyone know if this is a bug?

    The bosses that you face in AEU are random. So it's likely that you never fought that particular boss yet. You've noticed that AEU changes during some of your runs. There are three different paths of it I believe.

    I'm almost never in AEU, and haven't been in months...so yeah...     b:surrender
