So earlier this week I went to npc a belt mold and accidentally npced my real one. I was told to submit a ticket and it would be replaced. The support people are trying to tell me that it isn't possible to be replaced when in fact there are people how got an item of theirs replaced. What more should I do? It was a stupid mistake and they aren't giving me anything for it. I can't even buy mor gsts or mogs because there is no quest to get the belt. All the help is appreciated. I don't know what else to dob:angryb:cry

If they don't want to replace it then nothing can be done.

People should always be careful and check what they npc, I personally did bound all my R9rr to be sure an accident like that doesn't happen.

    Welcome to the I-npced-my-r9 club!

We can assure you that it's totally possible to recover your r9. And we also recommend everyone else to buy binding scrolls for your r9 gear

I can assure you as I already did in game, MANY people got pieces back. CSers and non CSers, usually once faster or with less tickets than the other, but got them back.

At this point I know over 10 who got it back, and 0 who didn't... Just keep insisting and hope for the best!

    Gl and cheers

Well you should have bound it, that's too bad, but nothing can be done if the support don't want to replace it.

Maybe try to pm the CM.

It is all about how you form/word your ticket. The most concise and clearly written ticket usually gets the best response. Be clear in what your issue is and give them as much info as is needed without being TOO detailed and making it a story. If they need more info they will usually ask you.

If you have a screenshot of your r9r piece which you NPC'ed provide them as a evidence.
It helps a lot in this cases.

Believe me, they CAN check it and they CAN replace it. They are just being a pain. Go over their heads & ask to speak to a supervisor.

I wouldn't say you didn't get anything. You got a learning experience, much more valuable than the entire set of R9. You know to not make the same mistake next time. As far as those members that told you that they got their item's replaced, It's probably a lie. These users lie all the time.

Do you know anything about the r9 belt? It can't be refined or sharded-.- not even 3rd cast. Nation war belt yes it can be refined.

And they just emailed me back saying that I will get it back so it's not a lie. Just takes a lot of complaining and hassle. For being the top end game gear it should automatically come bound IMO.

It's the primary reason they added the extra "Are you sure?" dialogue box that everyone clicks through without double-checking to sell their R9 gear.

This was good intention, but it doesn't work properly since this window pops up every time you want to sell almost anything that is not dq. Ppl click it without looking. It should work only on really valuable items or players should be given an option to mark desirable items as valuable which would cause this dialogue to appear if you sell them. Maybe in time...

It works properly. If you click thru it, that's your problem.

They should make R9 (R9r, R9rr) unable to be sold. No one would voluntary sell any piece of R9 anyway, it's not like there was more powerful gears.

That would avoid the accident of npc it thinking it's a mold and in the same time if someone's account get **** at least the R9 gears will be safe.

Making the molds looking different would be a solution too, but I doubt they ever do it.

\"Officer, the light *was* red, but I was still able to drive right thru it!"
\\"I don't think that intersection was designed very well, It's not *all* my fault!"

It operates under the parameters it was given and completes the intended task. Unfortunately, the developers have pretty much put all items minus DQ as a trigger. Logically, if all items were rare and valuable, the game would be oversaturated with valuable items. Unfortunately, OHT maps aren't very valuable. Furthermore, the majority of what triggers the message are items that NPC for less than 500 coins and are so saturated on the server that you may be able to sell them for 1k... If you're lucky, of course.

So the argument of the officer and the red light isn't really related to this at all. It's pretty irrelevant, because when you live in a society, you are expected to follow laws. They are in place to protect other people, and it's irrelevant and a moot point if you "think" the intersection wasn't designed well. In PWI, when the message prompts, it's expected that one would click "NPC it anyway, please!", instead of "Save this super rare item that sells for 1k". I think if we are being completely honest, the developers (Wanmei), should have created some form of logic... I know, crazy concept. The idea that most items on the server are actually rare isn't a design flaw, but more of a poor choice and "easy way" to design a prompt. It takes less time to post up a message under all most items and call it a day, as opposed to picking and choosing which items are actually in fact rare.
