Dragon Ocean Orbs

I have been helping my wife and my wife's friend to refine the G16 gear. I have noticed that Dragon Ocean Orbs (level 10) which I use to be able to buy for 135M is no longer for sale anywhere I look. I can combine orbs, but it would be much more expensive.

Can anyone tell me where any place to buy them? And I'm not talking about the free Ocean Orbs that PWI gives away. Those have to be used on bound equipement and can't be used on G16.

If I can't buy them, what is the least expensive way make them? I see level 6, 7, and 8 orbs. I guess I can buy them, but its going to cost something like 400m coin.

    Those free 10* can be used on G16 so long as the gear is bound. Seems it should read: G16 AND below.

    10* orbs that you saw in catshops came from a cash shop sale a while back. They are only in the cash shop once every 3-6months or so. I would suggest waiting for the next sale to get them. We're due for one soonish.

    Last time they were on "sale" they were 30 gold each. Before that they've been 50, 35 (I believe) and the best I've seen was 25 each. Whatever price they decide to put them out there for.
