Celestone Fragments

I have noticed, as well as several other players, that you can no longer create mirage celestone's out of celestone fragments at the gem merchant. Is this a bug?

    It seems the quest has been removed from the NPC, so it's probably an intended change from China.

    ... Dunno why they don't add a recipy to the Gem Merchant's craft menu so you can batch process those fragments. I'm sure they intended this but that it was simply forgotten.

    I've looked around everywhere and the only thing I found was the Gem merchant in Lost had a 1-time quest to change 1 fragment for 500 coins. Other than that I'm stuck with 100
    s of fragments of junk apparently.

    How does anyone get the fragments if no one bothers with quests? Seems trather pointless from here b:chuckle
