Switching culti and primal skills

So say I was thinking of switching from sage to demon, I know that I'll have to relearn all my level 11 skills, what about the primal skills and the primal passive skills? Does anyone know if you have to re-farm the bloods to learn the passives and the skills again?

    You will have to relearn all of your primal skills again, as all of your skills will go back down to 10. (Merged skills included from my understanding.)

    Not sure about primal passives, but I doubt they'd change. Not 100% sure on it, but I really doubt the passives would change.

    You will keep your passives, but class-skills will be lost.
