Ok, my veno is a 87 rebirth veno...the last few times i have ported into PV it won't give me the thing to start it...anyone know why?? just once i got it the other day.

    Have you made sure your quest log / bag aren't full?

    If you're using an opener or taking someone with you make sure you're in the same pv window, i've messed up a few pv by having the wrong lvl toon in the sq.
