    Sorry but i am one of those haters :D
    I am newbie in PWI, but i think we dont need more classes right now. When i started this game it was pretty difficult to me to find good class, because there was already so many characters. I think we should get better updates like rare mounts, rare spawn monsters (they can drop mounts/flyers/gear/costume) or dungeon queue system. Dungeon queue system would be awesome update because it makes dungeon farming so easy. (Like i said, i am newbie in PWI so if there is already some kind of dungeon queue system i just havent found it yet. Well one lvl50 Seeker said you need to find and invite people yourself if you wanna clear dungeons. Thats nearly impossible for new/lowlevel players like me).

    You are clearly new here. The fact that you took some time to find a good class is because PWI sucks at character introduction. Other games have such better mechanisms to present all kinds of combats and gameplay, making it easier for the player to find the most fit character to thyself. New mounts or flyers... Why? Don't you have gazillions of them already? And most of them aren't even costy and give you top speed.
    Last but not least, if you take your time to read some more posts/threads from the OP you'll see that he/she already came around with awesome ideas but that can't be applied because the devs just don't give a **** (some of those ideas are the matchmaking system, the nw and nirvana counter effects and the bunch of ideas on http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1705861).
    Also I feel bad for you, because a new player in a old game as this will have the hardest time. Everyone has top tier gear and 300000 accounts. Power level is the main route and skill doesn't exist due to rich people. I strongly recomend you to leave PWI... There are new games out there with true engines and amazing devs...

    My opinion is that we need SOMETHING to revive the game (I'm not saying that the game should get more characters, I'm saying it needs something brighter and new, not stupid content that makes you farm more and more to get nowhere).
