What are the strange flashing lights and rising bubbles around the rock at 701,1001??? (on the sea bed).

Is it a magic entrance to the new land?

    For those wondering yes... those 'some say' lines are a bit of a parody from top gear uk's stig bits.

    It's not just bubbles. The rock is surrounded by colour-shifting orbs of light.

    I was expecting to see something more really, i even turned on max graphics. The colours are indeed strange but i was more impressed and excited about how deep tht water was.
    My forum avatar has been through so many changes by itself it's not even funny -.-

    It's bizarre!

    Come on now, It must be there for a reason.

    I notice it's at the North East corner of the world. Maybe there is something mysterious at each of the corners?

    I only log in, like, once every 6 months, so will someone else check this out?

    EDIT: i was expecting something amazing but xD just rock and some light D:
    but it did feel weird and creepy being so deep in water even if its a game.. at some moments sharks kinda scared me ;O

    The glowing light orbs feel more interesting when you're first landing in the water and see them from way down below, than when you go down and see the rocks and the sources of the light. >:

    Dropping down into the water and seeing the lights was a really neat experience, though. Not sure what it's for.

    This is what it looked like to me, tried to get a shot with the most lights since they come and go;

    This isn't new. I noticed it doing title quests in the previous expansion. I guess there aren't a lot of people that do title quests lol

    It is really cool though.

    Its probably done because of quests.
    PWI has so many high level quests buy people do not bother to do them anymore.
    Maybe it was done for a future planned quests but then they though people do not do quests anymore why bother!
    Do you want PWI to fix the economy before is to late?

    I didn't see a title quest pop-up come up when I went down there......
