Is morai 1 hour blue quest broken?

Grabbed BQ and morai quests last night, logged afterwards because 1 hour quest always freezes. Logged on just a few ago and saw it was gone...does logging off not freeze it anymore?

Just checked the NPC, he has nothing. Lost some influence...awesome.

    It never did or hasn't done so in months. Timed quests count even when offline. Roll Call is the one, or one in few exceptions.

    Mind me but a few weeks ago i did log off while taking the blue quest and the time didn't pass.So i guess it's either a bug,or it's intended since the new patch.

    morai time quest stopped always when u went offline.
    if this is not the case anymore it might be broken oder changed.

    Welp until they make a patch note saying the blue 1 hour freezes, don't log off anymore with it not completed.
