Graphics Card...

My graphics card in my computer went out and I'm looking for another one. I have a very tight budget and I'm wanting a card to be able to play PWI on max settings. I don't play any other games, only PWI and sometimes I watch videos, that's pretty much it. (Been playing PWI casually since 2009 and can't really get into any other games.)

I have a Dell Optiplex 745 mini-tower (a btx case...) with 4 GB of RAM and a 1280x1024 resolution. The onboard graphics that came with this computer sucks so bad that it won't display the characters right and lags pretty bad. I used to have an Nvidia Geforce 210, but I'm looking for something a little better, since I still had some lag with that card and I couldn't keep it on max settings because it made gameplay slower.

So, my question is, what is the best card I can get to JUST play PWI, but isn't very expensive? And when I say very expensive, I mean over $60...I can get the 210 again for $29.99 brand-new on Amazon, but since my old card went out, this is my chance to get a better card that will allow me to play PWI at max settings without slowing down, but I don't know what card would be best to get.

(I know the PWI site recommends the 9800gt, but to get one new is over $100, and used ones range from $40 to $70, and I'm always nervous about buying used computer parts, afraid that the seller lied and that they don't work or something...)

I'd go for the 210, cheap and reliable. PWI doesn't use graphics card to render the game anyway, making a small difference on game. If you want to have better graphics you need a better CPU. Your computer is using some Core 2 or Core Quad I imagine, as it's usual for those Optiplex, having that you can't really improve unless u go for new pc

Get 210 and save for, someday, a new computer with an i5+ CPU and you'll see a huuuuge difference.

Hope it helps and hope some others answer ^^

Thanks! :) I'll get the 210 again. I was planning on upgrading my processor anyway. The processor I have right now is a Pentium E2160 (1.80 Dual-Core). That one came with my computer. I was planning on going with a Pentium D 945 (3.4 Dual-Core) since it's cheaper than the Core 2 Duo's..
