Budda's Guard for BM

Cannot learn Budda's guard. Being told "you have not reached the required spiritual cultivation". I am level 101. Does this have to be learned @ level 100, and 100 only?

    While you are correct about having to be celestial sage/demon to learn this skill. That level of cultivation is not obtainable until you reach level 100, so there is no way you could have had that lvl of cultivation since lvl 92. It sounds like you need to look at your available quests and finish your level 100 cultivation. The very last steps would require you to kill last 3 bosses in RB then another 2 bosses in the back room of that instance. There is a very useful guide to cultivation quests on ecatomb.net

    At best, you'll have been at the stage "Aware of the Myraid" as the cultivation before "Celestial Sage" cannot even be obtained until level 99. Once you've fully completed your cultivation quests, then you'll be able to learn the skill.
