Glitch on completing Arcane SkyII

Have a glitch

At Linn Shoyo - Lord Tyrants Outpost Primal

After completing all steps for the completion of Arcane Sky II and returning to NPC (Linn Shoyo) I clicked through the chat she gave but received no exp and also have lost the Arcane Sky Bar that is usually shown under character avatar.

I have reported this problem by ticket and they said to post my problem here.

After working my socks off to get my character to level 105 I am to say the least very disappointed not to be able to progress with the Arcane Levels.

Any chance this can be sorted please ?

    Do you have a SS of the char window (the one showing the arcane/mirage sky) also check in your quests, maybe you need to reach a specific level of arcane to continue the quest.

    lol, they told you to post your problem here? How much more pathetic can pwe's customer service be. Why do they even bother having one?

    The only thing you can do is shut the client completely down and do a check on the system files with the launcher. Other than that only pwe's staff can address it

    Upon checking the npc you mentioned, I cannot find the quest name you provided, which one from her is it? http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/npc/40294
    I ask this because if it's part of a chain, you will receive nothing.
    As to the bar, that does sound odd. Something similar happens when the bar switches to a new level and it is completely empty, but the Arcane sky level should still be written there and there is a faded outline, although it doesn't sound like exactly like what you're experiencing.

    Cant remember the name of the quest as I no longer have it in quest log. I completed the chain thought for Arcane Sky Level II and handed it in to the NPC

    Press C and check under that character avatar. Don't look at the one in top left corner, you'll only see your hp/mp/chi there lol.

    Havent a clue lol

    When I logged on today I could see my Arcane SKy Level and could continue with the quests .. so fingers crossed ....
