Reward Missing

I really would like to know when PWI will send the reward promised at his event and so far after two weeks delay nothing was even informed.

Not even the support thru ticket Works as it should, a truly shame on the way it was carried by the supporter

    More than likely you won't get your answer on the forums.

    When you sent your ticket did it get closed? Or is it still open? If its open don't keep changing it or sending in new ones because then you go to the bottom of the ticket list again.

    They have closed my tkt without any answer.

    Time to start calling them thru other ways and see if they have a decent answer to me
