Orb REward Payout?

Hi,

I charged my Zen account to get the free orb under the second free orb offer but have received nothing.

I understood that this was different to the first charge and spend this time being just a charge and buy gold to get orb offer.

Can you please tel me when I will get my orb as it has been more than the 3 4 5 days you said.

    They haven't even paid out rewards points to everyone from the promotion before that.... Send a ticket, but chances are you're not gonna get anything for a loooong time.
