Cant retrieve characterlist

After the password debacle, now this. Thrown out of game, try to login again and get error that character list cant be retrieved. If u dont want us to play, just say soo and pull the plug.

    Everyone in Main Map is unable to log back in (empty character selection screen)
    Everyone else is stuck in their maps (Momaganon, Lothranis, Primal, Morai), people can't get out of those maps even with teleport stones etc.

    Edit: Whole server just crashed, Morai Server is officially down. /start panic



    Now for some throwing around conspiracies: GM logged on the server an hour orso earlier, no problems. Now suddenly map crashes. Coïncidence? I think not!

    people stuck in maps... that remind me a old old issue we had here, in one xmas, if im not mistaken

    Problem not only exists for main map.
    We all got stuck now in fsp.

    not that, not this new years gift, prolly on the other xmas, where people got stuck in maps, and couldnt enter in instances and some other strange things

    Could someone tell us how long it will be until the servers are back up? Estimated time?

    weekly server reset takes about 2-3 hrs

    Normal map went... then the instance map (at least for Morai) went shortly afterwards. Realm down I guess...

    Note to folks: If they do get the servers back up, check for a fresh BH, those cycle on resets. :)
