This is part of celestial sage quest chain.
Quest detail is gathering items: wand of power, robe of life and source of soul from icewind sniper, icewind priest and avalanche nomad. drop rate 5%.

Can someone please confirm this quest is solo only or can it be squaded?
And
Anyone done it recently on a cleric has any hints if its solo only on what weapons, skills used.

I cant kill a flee so it currently looks impossible to me for a solo.

I have tried both solo and squad and got killed many times in solo and some in squad but not one drop in over two hours play.

Please help if you can.

    I have managed to get back to this quest via rebirth (2) and now would like a response.

    So if you are a sage level then you probably went through this quest so if you are able to remember how you did it would you please let me know.

    I went through this over 2 years ago on my psy but cannot remember how I did it.

    This char is a cleric healer rb2 level 90 so any hints you can give will be most welcome.

    Ok so I am back at lvl 100 on my cleric and want to complete this sage quest.

    I have again killed loads of the required mobs using my 100 psy with my cleric as the squad leader and have still not managed to get any of the required items.
    I have got drops like golden sculpture and wraiths eye but not the wand, robe and source as required by the quest savant's treasure.

    I am a frustrated player calling for help so if you have any ideas please let me know.

    I solod this on my cleric after 1st rebirth at 100 in a combination of r8/t2 gear. I just stood off to the side and pulled a few mobs at a time towards me. Wasn't too hard. Only took about an hour to get all 3.

    I'm not sure if squad can get it for others, and it's really easy to solo, so there's no need.

    OK... done...
    For those who may read later I used my psy as a healer and activated my AoE spells onto my cleric and followed him around using a macro to repeat healing of bubble of life and empower vigar.
    Placed the cleric location where mostly only one of the mobs type was nearby and so was able to kill each type..... eventually.

    Good luck to any who do this.
