Can't log in

It's says: Connecting to Arc but after i got: Login has time out. Please check your network connection and try again.
But my internet is ok. I've tried many things like restart computer and disable firewall or antivirus avast

What's going on?

    Try opening arc first, then log in there and try to open pwi from arc.

    i'm not 100% sure how to help ya, but in worst case u can google how to play pwi without arc and try that, might work for ya.

    maybe others will find a better idea

    edit: check everything again before u try to log in. if u didn't delete any files and such things. maybe u gave the wrong password or something

    hi i have the same problem, i tried to close then open again and try to log-in and it work on me. takecare. i think its just a little bug just try and try. have fun. :)

    Not work anything... the only thing I have not tried is reinstall the game.
    But it takes a long time 3-4h and oh well nvm...

    You are playing by using Arc? or just getting code/updating after maintenance

    Why dont u make elementclient - Shortcut of pwi ;) ?
